Here are some of my thoughts that I had written down after our conversation…………..

It is utterly refreshing to meet someone like Sarah. Someone who is willing to give of their time and energy to expose the truth about what is really going on in our lives. When I say “our lives” I am refering to each individual that she is coaching and mentoring. The infamous author George Orwell said it best when he stated “In a world of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.” Sarah is that revolution. In my short time talking with her she was able to pin point the rhyme and reason behind every excuse I had in my life. She made me think. Sarah made me realize that in this world we have a choice, and within that choice we have to choose that choice. This will make every moment count and one will truly know what it is to “be in the moment.” In a matter of minutes she taught me how to speak properly and actually mean what I say. Sarah taps into your subconcious and shifts the way we have been programmed. It is a hard
pill to swallow at times, but as the old saying goes “the truth shall set you free.” That is what Sarah does, she sets you free from the bondage that enslaves your mind. She makes you step out of the box, so that ultimately you will be living your life to it’s full potential. She will help you escape your so called “living death.” The world is in need of more people like her, and I am thankful that she came into my life and opened my eyes.

Dear Sarah,

I am writing this letter to thank you for the unexpected difference you have made in my life. Through our many conversations you have made me aware of events in my life, past and present that have affected the way I view situations and others. Through your coaching I have realized that my perception and the way I deal with others directly relates to event which happened earlier in my life and other events which happened just strengthened that view. You have made me aware that the way I view and deal with life is a choice and not a set in stone. You have made me aware that it is just a matter of what works, and what doesn’t work. I used to have a lot of anxiety in my life. It was funny when over our conversation me arguing with you that organic Oreos didn’t taste as well as the name brand kind that I realized I always felt I had to be right, or more importantly was afraid to be wrong. I then realized that this anxiety actually stemmed from one experience in middle school when I stood up to say something I was sure was right and would get a good reaction, and instead I got a bad reaction. I had always reinforced this bad reaction with all of the other events that happened as a result of my parents divorce. Since realizing this and being able to control it, much of my anxiety has disappeared simply because I know why its there. I previously had always been very nervous speaking in front groups of people, or sharing my opinion. This is now gone. It was the simple things that used to cause me the most anxiety, like asking a stranger for directions, sharing my opinion, etc. These are now all easy things for me to do now because of you. The awareness you have created for me is invaluable because now that I know what is available for me, I am aware what is available for other people. I now have a better job understanding people I am dealing with, in business, and in life.
